How do I know if my item is eligible for a return?

We Manufacture lamps with utmost care. In case you wish to return the product; customers can always exchange the Sold product to something other from our assortment live on website.
Items once sold can be only exchanged to something other of high value or lower value( refund will be given for the difference) product.
Please note this can be done only once, exchanged product for a previous sale cannot be exchanged 2nd time.
All our products come with replacement guarantee incase you have received incorrect or damage product.

What if I have received a damaged product?

Our commitment is to ensure that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in some rare event that you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send a mail on caresolution7@gmail.com or Whats App us on – 9891907245, 8467930099, with a picture of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving your order.
Once the mail is received will send you a free replacement or offer a credit voucher for the same amount (incase where replacement is not possible).

Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?

We offer a reverse-pickup service where we cannot replace the product for some, but not all, pin codes.If your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product(s) by shipping them back to us while notifying us over email and will send the address to dispatch the same.
For Defective/Incorrect orders, we do not have any additional charges for return.

How long does it take to process returns?

For a replacement order, we usually dispatch the product(s) within 2-3 working days after the return request is made.

For refunds, we issue a store credit/voucher for the same amount less discount within 2-3 working days.
